We’ve got some exciting news to share!
Have you ever known you wanted to do something but didn’t prioritize it because you had other things that needed to be dealt with first? But….then when you “did the thing,” you were like, “Wow! This is even more amazing than I had realized, and I’m so excited this is done!”
That’s been all of us for the past few weeks! We’ve been working on something BTS just for our clients, and we are so excited to finally be able to share it with you! Well…most of you – we let a few people in on it early. 😉
We’re moving from Kalix –> Practice Better
In other words, we’re sooooooo excited to announce that we’ve upgraded our client management software!

Sounds totally boring, right?! Stay with me.
Here’s what it means for our clients…
☑️ Direct Messaging with Your Practitioner – you can now DM us in our HIPPA-compliant client portal from an app!
☑️ Centralized Notes and Document Storage – no more searching multiple emails for important information! Our new platform brings all your notes and documents together in one place. You’ll have a centralized hub to access your health info.
You’re also able to upload your own documents here as well to share with your dietitian!
☑️ Food and Mood Journals – these are also in the app! You can easily record food intake, mood, and exercise each day, and it will live in your chart – your dietitian will be able to access your information in real-time.
☑️ Convenient Appointment Management – Our new platform allows you to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments directly through the app. With just a few taps, you can find the perfect time slot that fits your busy schedule or make adjustments when necessary.
☑️The app works with iOS and Android
How will this change impact current clients?
The transition should be pretty seamless, and we think you guys will love all of the upgrades and perks that come with our new system.
Here’s what the transition will look like:
- Before your next appointment, you’ll receive an email with a link to join us through Practice Better. The sign-up process is really quick, and we are always here if you have any questions.
- All your upcoming appointments and records will be transferred, and you’ll have access to them in our new system.
- If you hate technology and still want to Zoom…just let us know! We still answer the good old-fashioned phone, too – just call (678) 424-6520.
