Who benefits from gut health testing?
Everyone! We strongly believe in the “test, don’t guess!” philosophy.
The insight we get from our specialized testing helps us help you feel better faster. Testing gives us insight into your gut health that we wouldn’t otherwise have and allows us to create an individualized plan to target your specific areas of need.
We use functional nutrition testing to gain insight into your case and individualize your care plan.
- We don’t require clients to order testing to work with us. Depending on your case, history, and presentation, testing may or may not be recommended.
- If you’re not a client and want to complete testing, fill out our contact form. We’ll contact you to explain how testing works if you’re not working with one of our dietitians.
We commonly test for the following conditions:
- Celiac and gluten sensitivity
- Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
- Digestive insufficiencies
- Bacterial overgrowth
- Yeast overgrowth
- Parasites
- Low stomach acid levels
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Food sensitivities
- Mold exposure
- Hormonal imbalances (including sex hormones and stress hormones)

What our clients are saying…
The Nutrition Clinic was exactly what I was looking for to help me address some complicated health issues. I was dealing with parasites, SIBO, and incredibly underweight.
I had no idea where to start to address all the health issues and weight loss. I also tend to be a workaholic and let my personal health go; so I knew I would need accountability to stick with any treatment plan.
Rachel was fantastic! Her approach was holistic and thorough. She put together a plan that was doable and broke things down into manageable steps. She was very supportive throughout the entire process.
I was so impressed with the results and am beyond thankful to be feeling better! This was the best investment I made in 2021 (and bonus points, now my partner who was at first skeptical wants to work with a nutritionist too!)
