Hi, I’m Rachel
Integrative and functional dietitian
I’m so excited to meet you! I’m a functional nutrition nerd, coffee connoisseur, yoga enthusiast, and helicopter mom to an adorable Goldendoodle named Lila.
The best part about being a dietitian is merging two of my favorite things: cooking and nerding- out. I’ve always been fascinated by how our bodies work and am captivated by how dietetics brings together science, food, and healing through lifestyle choices.
I’m a firm believer that we have control to achieve anything we want out of life but must feel our best to do that. That’s where I can help.
If you’ve been told that your symptoms aren’t real, that they’re all in your head, or even worse -that they’re normal, you’re in the right place. I am here to help you listen to your body and take action to identify what imbalances are preventing you from living the life you’ve imagined.
My goal in our sessions is to educate, encourage, and empower you to say goodbye to symptoms that are keeping you from being your happiest and healthiest self.
Ready to get started and take control of your health? Book an appointment today! I can’t wait for you to join our community and get started on this journey!
